Be part of something bigger

We believe mental health counseling is a uniquely human endeavor rooted in deep personal connection. Through mutual attunement, therapists help clients relieve suffering, foster growth, build resilience, and maintain a sense of well-being.

We created The Collective to take care of the therapists who take care of others. When clinicians are fully supported, they can be fully present.

As corporate, venture-backed platforms continue to take over the mental health industry, accessibility has grown—but often at the expense of the providers doing the heavy lifting. Therapy is demanding work for both client and clinician. We seek to provide the strong organizational and interpersonal framework necessary to sustain professionals doing this deep and meaningful work.

Why Wisdom Tree

Collaboration, Transparency, Equity, Growth

Collaboration

We value being together and sharing our experiences so that we can continue to learn and grow from each other.

We know that being a therapist can feel isolating and we strive to maintain positive connections across the team.

Transparency

The Wisdom Tree Collective is a business. We strive to be transparent on the costs of running the business and how finances are handled within the company.

Equity

No one should profit off of your labor. As a contributor to the health and longevity of the company, your equity increases. We have an employee ownership model that values your investment.

Growth

We are all lifelong learners. We are here to continue to increase our knowledge and understanding of the art and science of providing mental health care to others.
